The full texts accepted after the peer-review will be published by ISHS as a symposium proceedings book in the volume named e-Acta Horticulturae by the end of 2023. A maximum of 2 full texts of the participants who have registered for the conference will be accepted. Students who have registered can send a maximum of two abstracts, but only one full text of them will be accepted and published in the e-Acta Horticulturae. Abstracts and full texts will not accept after deadline, except for acceptable excuses. Conference proceedings (accepted full texts) will be published by the end of 2023 as e-Acta Horticulturae.

Conditions of registration in the sale:

Registration to XIII. International Conference on Grapevine Breeding, Genetics and Management (GBG2023) is mandatory and must be made with the on-line form above when you check you specified your status. It covers the access to the conferences and posters, lunches, coffee breaks, transfer to the technical visits, abstract book and a copy of the symposium proceedings that will be published as a volume of e-Acta Horticulturae. Welcome cocktail is included. For the purpose of organisation, please indicate if you wish to attend this cocktail. The gala dinner and the post-conference tours are optional and not included. Your choices can be made on-line through the registration form. Students are kindly asked to download a proof of their status.

Payments can be made via bank transfer or credit card.


Full refund will be made for cancellations made before 01 June, 2023. Participants who cancel their registration after 01 June, 2023 will be entitled to obtain 50 % refund. No refund will be provided for cancellations made after 01 July, 2023.

Notification of cancellation must be received in writing to the secretariat by email to [email protected].

Registrations to the gala dinner and post-conference tour will depend on availability at the time of the registration (first come/first served).
